The Astral Conclave
The Astral Conclave is the recognized collective of Archmages on
Statera. The conclave recognizes the High Seats for leaders in any of the fields of Arcane Studies. The actual seats fluctuate with time, but a popular vote amoungst the members of the Conclave can elect for a new member to be appointed to a new seat for the lifetime of that person. After the death of the member, the seat is removed, until a new member is elected for that position. This leaves the conclave in eternal flux.
