Your words bring hope to those who have long endured the chains of oppression. The people of Bogwood have suffered under the tyranny of Valtharix and the chilling shadow of Iskandral. Yet, our resolve has not wavered. We stand as guardians of this land, not just for ourselves but for all who seek to break free from tyranny.
If you wish to aid our cause, know that we need action as much as words. Our most pressing needs are as follows:
- Weapons & Armor: Our fighters rely on makeshift arms and salvaged gear. If you can provide weapons suited for guerrilla warfare—short blades, bows, alchemical explosives—we can turn the tide in key skirmishes.
- Supplies & Medicine: The swamps are unforgiving, and many of our people are wounded. We need medical herbs, alchemical poultices, and rations to sustain our forces.
- Disruption of Valtharix’s Supply Lines: If you have allies outside the Bogwood, striking at the Dragonborn’s reinforcements and trade routes would weaken their hold. Their dependence on external support is a weakness we can exploit.
- Strategic Knowledge: If you possess intelligence on Valtharix’s movements, fortifications, or weaknesses, we need it. Knowledge is as valuable as steel in this fight.
- Support Against Blackthorn’s Traders: Renard Blackthorn’s dealings with the Dragonborn compromise our struggle. If he can be persuaded or forced to withdraw his support, it would shift the balance in our favor.
- A Plan for Iskandral: The dragon remains our greatest obstacle. Without a strategy to neutralize or drive it away, our efforts will always be met with fire and frost.
If you truly stand with us, we welcome your aid. But know this: we do not seek another overlord to replace the one we resist. The Bogwood belongs to its people, and it is we who will decide its future.
