To the People of the Eastern Reaches and the Protectors of the Duskwoods,

In recent days, the Duskwoods have stirred from their restless slumber, finding new guidance under the watchful eyes of Kelgrim Deeproot, Warden of the Forest. The Summer Court recognizes the importance of the Duskwoods' restoration and commends the tireless efforts of those who have labored to see the land brought back to peace and balance.

Let it be known that the Summer Court does not seek to impose its will upon the sacred groves or dictate the ways of those who call the forest their home. We respect the bond that has been rekindled between the land and its guardian, and we shall ensure that our patrols and operations respect the forest’s harmony and its rightful Warden.

However, it has come to my attention that figures from beyond our borders have begun to move in shadow and whisper in secrecy, offering their own guidance and claiming to know what is best for the Duskwoods. To this, I say—be cautious. Not all who carry the guise of wisdom and stability truly seek peace. Some come not to heal the land but to encase it in ice, to freeze progress and growth beneath the weight of bitter frost.

The Summer Court remains steadfast in its commitment to the prosperity and safety of the Eastern Reaches. We do not hide behind illusions or half-truths. We act openly, with honor and resolve, standing as the light that guides the way through uncertainty. Those who offer winter’s embrace may speak of order and calm, but remember that frost can wither roots as easily as it preserves.

I urge the people of the Duskwoods and their allies to look beyond the surface of kind words and glimmering promises. True harmony is born of strength and determination, not whispered assurances cloaked in frost and shadow. The Summer Court shall remain vigilant against any threat—be it marauder or manipulator—that seeks to unravel the progress that has been hard-won.
