This is the recipes I have used for the last 3 years to make my own homemade corned beef. Takes about a month and requires you to locate tinted curing mixture/pink salt/insta-cure #1. As well on this page is a great pickling spice and a use for your leftover corned beef from Saint patty's day. In the form of pastrami.
